Cancellation & Refund Policy

ASPIRATIONS CORPORATE believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after the successful registration. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the registration confirmation has been communicated to the concerned resource person and he or she has reserved the slot for the program.

In case the program does not happen on the scheduled date, please report the same to our ConnectKRM team. The request will, however, be entertained once the concerned resource person has checked and determined the same at his or her own end. This should be reported within 2 days of the scheduled date of the concerned program.

In case you feel that the consulting or training program is not as per the registration, you must bring it to the attention of our customer service within 2 days of the program. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.

In case of any refunds approved by the ASPIRATIONS CORPORATE, it’ll take 4-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
