Our Management Team

Khagesh Mahanta, Proprietor and Principal Consultant

Khagesh Mahanta is a trainer, consultant, implementer, process documenter, writer, and systems sustainability coach for organizations in diverse domains for multi-management systems including lean and ISO systems and their tools, and a coach and tutor for academic and non-academic students.

Khagesh is a mechanical engineering graduate with professional certifications and training in a wide range of skills and over 25 years of experience in project management and team handling, customer interactions, vendor development, process documentation, content writing, multi-management systems implementation, and training. 

He is skilled and experienced in handling many prestigious projects related to product development, productivity improvement, waste minimization, and profit optimization.

He has long experience in providing consulting, training, implementation, and sustenance support in lean manufacturing systems and diverse lean tools like 6S, visual management, kaizen, poka-yoke, JIT, kanban, VSM, TPM, SMED, SOP, etc.

Khagesh has so far implemented different ISO systems, including QMS, EMS, OHS, etc., in many government and private organizations, including:

  • Some ministries of the Government of India.
  • Some departments and units of the central and state government departments.
  • Some private organizations in the following domains: aesthetic building component manufacturing, chemical compound manufacturing, food packaging, textiles, book printing and packaging, educational institutes, insurance, oilfield support services, steel manufacturing, surgical dressings and disinfectant products manufacturing, solar panels and component manufacturing, automotive and aerospace components manufacturing, etc.

In August 2019, he founded Aspirations Corporate, a service organization involved in consulting, training, and implementation support services in lean systems and tools, as well as different ISO management systems and many other tools useful for both manufacturing and service organizations, and business support and enhancement services in process documentation, certification audit preparation, implemented systems sustainability, corporate warmup workshops, and need-based support in creating organizational promotional commercials, e-learning, and corporate educational modules.

He possesses over 20 years of experience in business development, business administration, and management in domestic and international trading and marketing; experience in strategy formulation and implementation, P&L, and client relationship management; and driving revenue through building and maintaining client relationships and establishing strategic mutually beneficial partnerships with clients. vendors, and service providers.
